Our Signature Cocktail best enjoyed in one of our Bird Glasses, but in the absence it still tastes amazing in a short or Martini Jar - or from our hand blown bird if you were lucky enough to have received one of our glasses in a Gift Set (currently out of stock but back soon!).

Edinburgh Raspberry Gin Liqueur, Briottet Framboise, Cranberry, Pink Grapefruit & Citrus.

This cocktail needs refrigerating, and ideally placing in the freezer for 15 minutes before serving. When ready; simply shake, pour, top up with lemonade, garnish & serve.

The Nuthatch is best enjoyed within 48 hours of delivery or collection, but will still taste great for up to 3 days if stored in a fridge.
