For every £1 you spend with us, you will earn two flock points. Once you start collecting, you will start to receive rewards for money off.

Each month your perks will come in the form of an email, exciting limited time offers, they may be discounts off Whisky, or Rum or it may be we are looking for feedback on new cocktails so have these available to you at a discounted price!

Spending Points

We make it super easy to redeem your points, you can keep collecting and save for a rainy day, or redeem rewards on some great treats:
250 points = £5
750 = £20

After each visit to The Nuthatch you will also receive an SMS message from us detailing how many points from your visit have been added to your account. Of course, our friendly team are more than welcome to discuss your points, and rewards available with you too!

We like to keep it as simple as possible, however it is worth noting:

  • Only one Flock member can receive points per booking/table. Therefore those savvy flockers will want to make sure that they are maximising points. We aren't able to split points when splitting bills, all points will need to be allocated to one Flock member.

 

  • You won’t receive points when purchasing Gift Vouchers online, however, points will be earned by the person spending the voucher when they book their experience with us, should they be a member, or wish to join The Flock.

 

  • Points are awarded AFTER any discounts have been applied to your bill, this includes discounts received on for example Thursdays with our 2 for £14 offer.

Flock Points expire 12 months from the date you earned them. When rewards are redeemed the oldest points are used first. You can see on the Flock Status page when your points will expire, to give you the opportunity to use them first.

It is important to note that this is a change from the previous loyalty conditions in place where points only expired should you not have visited us for 12 months or more. All points received under the legacy conditions (prior to 14th February 2024) will expire on 28th February 2025)

Flock had a number of tiers in 2023 and 2024, from Bronze to Gold each being awarded different points, per £ spent. We have changed the system, on 14th February 2024 and now all members earn points at the same rate, 2 points for every £1 spent.

Of course, we will continue to reward our most loyal and regular customers through additional perks throughout the year.

From it's launch in March 2023, to February 2024 The Flock was integrated with an 'app' on iOS and Android. The app became cumbersome to maintain, costly for us as a business and utilised by less than 70 Flock members. Many found it's functionality rather limited.

Alongside other changes to our loyalty system we have discontinued The Nuthatch app, and it will be removed from use shortly, and will no longer be updated with points balances etc.

We believe that a move to an SMS, and online system is far more user friendly, if you have any further feedback please do let us know.

For various reasons, we have had to move all of our loyalty architecture to a new provider. As a result, some members points balances haven't been transferred over seamlessly. This has affected those without a mobile number registered against their account.

Please let us know using the contact form or the live chat functionality on our website in the bottom left, and a member of the team will be able to allocate the points to your mobile telephone number - which is the main identification point of your Flock account going forward.

Why would you want to!

The answer though is yes, of course you can. Let us know on your next visit, or just drop us a message using the form below and we will remove you from The Flock and all of our systems should you wish. We will of course be really sad to see you go!
