For every £1 you spend with us, you will earn two flock points. Once you start collecting, you will start to receive rewards for money off.
Each month your perks will come in the form of an email, exciting limited time offers, they may be discounts off Whisky, or Rum or it may be we are looking for feedback on new cocktails so have these available to you at a discounted price!

Spending Points
We make it super easy to redeem your points, you can keep collecting and save for a rainy day, or redeem rewards on some great treats:
- 250 points = £5
- 750 points = £20
- 3500 points = £100
- 6000 points = £150

How can I check my points balance?+
You can check your points balance, rewards and promotions/perks available here: FLOCK REWARDS STATUS. After each visit to The Nuthatch you will also receive an SMS message from us detailing how many points from your visit have been added to your account. Of course, our friendly team are more than welcome to discuss your points, and rewards available with you too!
Are there any restrictions on earning points?+
Only one Flock member can receive points per booking/table… we aren't able to split points when splitting bills, all points will need to be allocated to one Flock member. You won't receive points when purchasing Gift Vouchers online, however, points will be earned by the person spending the voucher when they book their experience with us… Points are awarded AFTER any discounts have been applied to your bill (for example, our £8 cocktail menu on Thursdays & Fridays before 8pm).
Do Flock Points expire?+
Flock Points expire 12 months from the date you earned them. When rewards are redeemed the oldest points are used first… (this is a change from previous conditions where points only expired if you hadn't visited for 12 months; all points earned under legacy conditions — prior to 14 Feb 2024 — expired 28 Feb 2025).
What happened to the tiers?+
Flock had tiers (Bronze to Gold) in 2023–24. We changed the system on 14 February 2024; now all members earn at the same rate, 2 points per £1. We continue to reward our most loyal customers with additional perks through the year.
What happened to the app?+
The app ran March 2023–February 2024 but became cumbersome and costly and was used by fewer than 70 members. We've discontinued it in favour of an SMS + online system.
My points balance isn't correct?+
We moved our loyalty architecture to a new provider; some balances didn't transfer seamlessly (those without a registered mobile number). Contact us and we'll allocate points to your mobile number, which is the main identifier going forward.
Can I leave The Flock?+
Yes, of course — let us know on your next visit or drop us a message and we'll remove you from all our systems. (We'll be sad to see you go!)
