PRICING

The Budget...

Weekday bookings (Sunday–Thursday): £200 hire fee (up to 5 hours, VAT included)

Weekend bookings (Friday & Saturday): £500 all-day hire, plus a minimum bar spend (contact us for details)

We’ve answered some of the most common questions below, but if there’s anything else you’d like to know, just drop us a message — our team’s happy to help.

We love hosting functions of all kinds, however, on our busier Friday & Saturday evenings as a small business we need to make sure that we aren't at a loss, as a result the minimum spend is a condition of booking and must be paid in full in advance. At the event this can either be used as a bar tab, or alternatively guests can pay for their own drinks and any shortfall deducted before a refund issued back to you (within 7 days of the event). Of course a combination of both suits most.

We have seating available for up to 50 guests, with our standard layout. Depending on the number of guests we will discuss how best we can work service, table or bar service etc and all of this we can discuss at the time you make the booking. We have experience in hosting seminars, workplace awards etc and can happily setup presentation equipment (not provided by us) should this be needed.

More often than not, and to provide best value for money we often create a bespoke menu with your favourite drinks - and those with plenty of wow factor so your guests aren't disappointed.

For certain events it is possible that Children can attend, however our licensing conditions are strict, so please contact us for further clarification. Please be aware that we operate a Challenge 25 Policy so if you are fortunate enough to look young you may be asked for ID.

Absolutely! The venue is yours for the day, and we are happy to help. All that we ask is that there is no confetti or glitter (we are still finding bits from a New Years Eve event back in 2017!)

We offer mouthwatering Charcuterie & Cheeseboards and find these perfect for many celebrations and events, however we can recommend some other great local businesses depending on what you are looking for from buffets, to pizzas, to cupcakes from right next door at Songbird Bakery.
