‘The Flock’ from The Nuthatch is a new loyalty & rewards club for guests to enjoy perks & discounts along their journey with us. Whenever you visit & spend with us, you can earn Flock Points. You can use your points to save on future visits.

Your rewards & perks
For every £1 you spend with us, you will earn points, how many depends on your tier – we’ve listed to tiers below. Once you start collecting, you will start to receive rewards for money off.
Each month your perks will come in the form of an email, exciting limited time offers, they may be discounts off Whisky, or Rum or it may be we are looking for feedback on new cocktails so have these available to you at a discounted price!

How do I join 'The Flock'
We’ve already enrolled many of our previous guests, so keep an eye out in your emails!
The easiest way of signing up to ‘The Flock’ is by making a reservation, you will start earning points from your next visit. If you don’t want to wait until then, you can sign up using the button below.
We automatically sign everybody making a booking with us into ‘The Flock’ to make sure that nobody misses out, of course if you’d rather not receive exciting offers & rewards along the way just let us know and we can remove you from the scheme.

Common questions about 'The Flock'
PLEASE NOTE: We are currently awarding points on a ‘beta’ or testing basis.
You can check your points balances online at: https://flockloyalty.com
Your points total is displayed in My Account. Here you’ll find all of your recent points, pending points and any points you have redeemed, as well as a history of your points usage & earning.
In April we will be launching our ‘Nuthatch app’ which will be available on Android & Apple devices, this will allow you to check your points balance, progress towards rewards & check your monthly perks.
We like to keep it as simple as possible, however it is worth noting:
- Only one Flock member can receive points per booking/table. Therefore those savvy flockers will want to make sure that they are maximising points. Our new app will have the ability to gift points to another member. We won’t though when splitting bills be able to change the Flock member receiving the points, this will always be the member who booked the table.
- You won’t receive points when purchasing Gift Vouchers online, however, points will be earned by the person spending the voucher when they book their experience with us.
- Points are awarded AFTER any discounts have been applied to your bill, this includes discounts received on for example Thursdays with our 2 for £12 offer.

Flock Points expire should you not visit us within twelve months of earning the points.
When you have collected enough points, you will have the option to use these as a ‘Reward’. Rewards, at the moment are cash discounts which can be used against your bill, so for example £10 OFF.
As the scheme develops we hope to increase the number & type of rewards.
Once you have signed up, and started earning you can check your points balance, the rewards available and how far you are from achieving the next reward via our app. This will be available FROM APRIL on Apple & Android. In the meantime, you can use our web app at: https://flockloyalty.com
Moving up a Tier means you’ll get more points and bigger benefits. Our Bronze Tier earns you 1 point for every £1 spent, Silver earns you 2 points for every £1 spent, and Gold earns you 3 points for every £1 spent.
Your Account activity is checked on a 30-day cycle from your registration date to see if you qualify for an upgrade, and every year to see if you qualify for a demotion.
There is no qualification for Bronze Tier – you are automatically enrolled at this level when you sign up.
You qualify for Silver Tier if you:
- Spend at least £500
- Have visited at least 5 times
You qualify for Gold Tier if you:
- Have visited at least 12 times
- Have spent £1000 or more
We reserve the right to change tier structures and qualifying criteria at anytime.
Perks are extra benefits available as a result of being part of ‘The Flock’. You can see your perks within the app, as offers and will also receive these each month by email.
The Perks available to you are designed and customised for you, so your perks may be different to your friends or family.
Perks will change each month, and only one perk OR reward can be used per visit.
