Join us at The Nuthatch in Middlesbrough for our Bottomless Summer of Spritz, a limited-date summer cocktail experience running throughout May and June. Enjoy 90 minutes of bottomless Summer Spritz and seasonal cocktails, served alongside our signature British Charcuterie & Cheese board to share.

Created for long afternoons, catch-ups with friends, birthdays and summer celebrations, this is our relaxed take on bottomless cocktails in Middlesbrough. Expect bright spritz, seasonal serves, generous sharing food and the cosy, intimate atmosphere The Nuthatch is known for.

The Bottomless Drinks

Our bartenders have created ten cocktails especially for summer — five refreshing spritz and five seasonal twists on classic favourites, each designed to be bright, flavourful, and perfect for long, sociable afternoons.

From the crisp elegance of a Hugo or Aperol Spritz to fruit-forward favourites like the Strawberry Bramble and Passionfruit Sour, this collection brings together light, refreshing serves and bold seasonal flavours. Whether you prefer something sparkling, citrus-led, or just a little indulgent, there is a drink here made for summer.
