What we’re looking for

You don’t need to be a cocktail expert, but some previous bar experience is essential. You’ll receive full training on our classic and signature cocktails.

• A commitment to delivering excellent guest service

What you’ll get in return

• National Minimum Wage plus fantastic tips. Over the last three months, our team has averaged £4.10 per hour in tips, meaning total earnings could range from £14.95 to £16.81 per hour depending on age.
• Flexible part-time hours of approximately 6–12 hours per week, with extra shifts sometimes available.
• No very late finishes. Shifts are no longer than nine hours and finish no later than midnight.
• The opportunity to work in one of the region’s most exciting bars and learn from an experienced team.
