Our food is all about slowing down, savouring and sharing. Explore a weekly‑changing selection of European cheeses and British artisan cured meats, served with thoughtful pairings and seasonal touches.

Cheese & Charcuterie Boards

Craft your own board from the weekly selection, or let us choose for you.

Boards with meat are served with fresh bread. Boards with cheese are served with crackers. Choose both and we'll bring a mix of each — along with house pickles, chutney and seasonal accompaniments. Any combination of meats and/or cheeses — four tiers by item count. The à‑la‑carte 6‑item board is £33. The Cosy Club offer (£37) is that 6‑item board plus a bottle of Merlot or Pinot Grigio — so they're consistent, the £37 just bundles the wine.

Pork, Lemon & Pistachio Salami

A great addition to any board — 76% pork, lighter in colour, with a generous amount of pistachio that makes it visually interesting.

Lomo

Gloucester Old Spot Pork Eye of Loin — sea salt cure, white pepper, cumin, cloves, paprika, Calabrian red pepper — air dried & thinly sliced. Leaner and more delicate than Coppa, clean & gently spiced.

Garlic & Red Wine Salami

A signature creation from James at Mount Grace — Gloucester Old Spot Pork with fennel, garlic, mixed peppercorns & red wine. A charcuterie board classic.

Sparkenhoe Red Leicester

A unique, award‑winning British artisan cheese — the only unpasteurised Red Leicester in the world. Made by Jo & David Clarke at Sparkenhoe Farm.

Baron Bigod

The finest traditional Brie‑de‑Meaux style cheese made in the UK, one of only a handful made by the farmer on the farm. Smooth, silky golden breakdown with a delicate, fresh, citrussy centre.

Clara

A goats' milk cheese sprinkled with a layer of ash. Dense, creamy, buttery, cut through with lemony notes and hints of freshly cut grass into a long savoury finish.
