Throughout August, we’re celebrating one of the world’s most versatile spirits with an afternoon dedicated entirely to rum. From refreshing Mojitos and frozen Piña Coladas to bright tropical serves, silky sours and modern twists on timeless classics, Tom and Eve have created eleven cocktails exclusively for this year’s Bottomless Rum Month.
Alongside the drinks, every booking includes one of our signature British Charcuterie & Cheese Boards to share. Relax, order at your own pace, and spend ninety minutes discovering just how varied rum can be, from light and refreshing to rich, fruity and indulgent.
Tom and Eve have built this menu from the ground up: eleven cocktails created exclusively for Bottomless Rum Month and served nowhere else.
The journey begins with familiar favourites, from a perfectly balanced Classic Mojito and a Frozen Piña Colada to a vibrant Blueberry Mojito and a Chilli Mango Mojito. From there, the menu explores the wider world of rum with tropical fruit, fresh citrus, warming spice and silky foams. Expect everything from the cherry-led Hornero and hazelnut Hawfinch to the banana and maple Pintail, finishing with bright Daiquiris and fruit-forward signatures like Spoonbill, Firecrest and Fieldfare.
Featuring white, gold and flavoured rums throughout, every cocktail has been designed to showcase a different side of the spirit. Some take inspiration from much-loved classics, while others are completely original creations, all served across ninety relaxed minutes alongside one of our British Charcuterie & Cheese Boards.
