Throughout July, we’re handing the menu over to one of our favourite spirits. From crisp Margaritas and refreshing Palomas to frozen serves, fruit-forward sours and rich after-dinner drinks, Tom and Eve have created ten cocktails exclusively for this year’s event.
Alongside the drinks, every booking includes one of our signature British Charcuterie & Cheese Boards to share. Settle in, order at your own pace, and spend ninety minutes exploring a menu built entirely around tequila.
Tom and Eve have built this menu from the ground up: ten cocktails created exclusively for Bottomless Tequila Month and served nowhere else.
It starts where any good evening should, with a sharp Tommy’s Margarita or a long, refreshing Paloma, before moving into deeper territory: frozen fruit Margaritas, an Orchard Sour, and a Maple Carajillo crowned with cinnamon-maple foam.
Blanco and reposado each get their moment, paired with citrus, fresh fruit, spice and a little smoke along the way. Some drinks rework familiar classics, others are entirely original. Together they offer a proper look at just how versatile agave spirits can be, all enjoyed across ninety unhurried minutes.
